To provide “cutting-edge” customized certification training to assist individuals in obtaining employment and achieving economic self-sufficiency
TEACH TEC recognizes each student is unique. Therefore, we are sensitive to providing each student with a customized education & employment plan to guide them to achieving their life goals. Every student is assigned a Life Coach that will encourage them to reach their highest potential. We utilize instructional methods based on adult learning theory to develop each student’s ability to meet and obtain their certificate of choice.
Our aim is to assist each student in creating a plan to reach career their goals and develop life skills. We challenge each student to explore their greatest potential for achievement; then utilize teaching techniques that encourage academic success, improve self-esteem and instill confidence.
We believe education should promote the development of positive self-esteem. To support our belief, services are provided to support our students’ efforts to succeed in their educational and employment endeavors. These services include life coaching, academic tutoring, resume building, job search assistance, social services, financial literacy and other identified services as needed. |
